1 hour reflexology treatment to include 10 minute consultation (1st treatment only)
Reflexology is a gentle complementary treatment. Pressure will be applied to specific reflex points on the feet, in the aim to create deep relaxation and balance. This in turn will help to improve overall wellbeing.

Taster Reflexology
30 minutes
If you are interested to know more about Reflexology, but are not quite ready to jump into a full treatment, then this taster session is a great way to introduce you to the treatment and allow you to ask any questions.
The treatment will include a brief medical history, followed by a relaxation routine, working only a few reflex points, which will focus on your relaxation.

Luxury Reflexology

reflexology to include lower leg massage.
This calming treatment combines a full reflexology treatment with the added relaxation of a lower leg massage.

Spa Reflexology
45 minute Reflexology, followed by a 30minute Back, Neck & Shoulder massage.
By combining Reflexology with Massage, the parasympathetic nervous system will be activated, creating a powerful state of relaxation.
